I’ll be writing more in depth about my favorite 10 albums of 2008 Tomorrow & Friday.

  • Wow, Glasvegas dropped all the way to 15 for you? I think it just proves that this was a great year in music, with very solid, consistent releases from a lot of good bands. And I know it must have torn you up not to have the Gaslight Anthem in your Top 10, so I'm curious what made the cut. Good picks Kyle.
  • yeah... i'll be honest. while i do love that record, way more than I'd ever expected to due to the hype, it's far from flawless. there's 2 or 3 songs on it i don't care for. as far as debut albums go, it's easily top 2-3 this year though, no question about that, and i'm super stoked for their Varsity show.

TGA definitely were the heatseeker of the last 2 months of the year for me, no question about that. had I started listening to it back in June when my friends kept telling me to check it out (aka: i was kinda busy + lazy ;)), i'm sure it'd have ended up in the top 10 for sure.
  • zach zach
how you kids keep up with all the new music i'll never know
  • being able to listen to music for 8 hours a day kind of helps, i realize that :)
