TGA definitely were the heatseeker of the last 2 months of the year for me, no question about that. had I started listening to it back in June when my friends kept telling me to check it out (aka: i was kinda busy + lazy ;)), i'm sure it'd have ended up in the top 10 for sure. yeah… i'll be honest. while i do love that record, way more than I'd ever expected to due to the hype, it's far from flawless. there's 2 or 3 songs on it i don't care for. as far as debut albums go, it's easily top 2-3 this year though, no question about that, and i'm super stoked for their Varsity show.

I think it just proves that this was a great year in music, with very solid, consistent releases from a lot of good bands.
