Gary Louris & Mark Olson @ Treehouse Records

Here’s the scoop: the new CD and double LP (with 2 extra TRACKS!) are released on Tuesday, January 27th. The title is “Ready For The Flood,” and it is a really, really fine record. The first 90 people to buy a copy of either the CD or the vinyl are guaranteed admission to the event. There will only be 90 people admitted; that is all that we can comfortably fit. You should probably pre-pay NOW if you don’t want to get shut out. I don’t know how many of you young spuds are into these guys, but I guarantee you that this album is better than anything your band ever did. No matter who you are.

So, you can reserve a spot and a record or CD by simply picking up your phone with a Visa or Mastercard number and calling us at 612-872-7400. Please do so; I would like to avoid hosting as many Cities 97 douchebags as possible.

Thanks Greg Schaal!

My landlord was there and he said it was too crowded to enjoy the music. Sounds like the PA went down a few times. He was stoked to see Dave Thomas of Pere Ubu..
