This show was absolutely phenomenal. All three bands were great and I will definitely be picking up some music from Cave Singers and Golden Boots. Dr Dog is now on my list of bands to see every time they come into town.
while Dr. Dog were great as always, the crowd was filled to the brim with douchebags left and right. not sure where they picked that crowd up (The Current?), but it's kind of disappointing.

Hum. I hate packed shows at the 400 and I hate dbags. I don’t feel as bad for missing it.
Was definitely packed. I was back close to the soundboard and didn't get as annoyed by douchers as I usually do so you must have been in a real bad spot. It was definitely a younger crowd.
And you are right I am not sure where they got the crowd. The current doesn't over expose them in my opinion and it's not like they are a big pfork buzz band. Could be the festival crowds. They seem to have been a big hit at Lolla this past summer.
i moved back towards the merch after like 6-7 songs as I couldn't deal with these 2 particularly annoying girls at the very front.
