Bedlam is an incredible non-profit live arts space located on the West Bank, right next to a light rail stop. Bedlam has brought some of the most dynamic live theater to the Twin Cities since 1993. After moving to the current location in 2007, the range of what Bedlam brought to the Twin Cities expanded greatly including live music and a restaurant & bar.
In the spirit of Bedlam’s monthly mixed-up short performance Romp, this new night will be an open format affair. The only guideline is it’s going to be music designed and mixed to make you move.
BOMP brings all of the parties under one roof so every last Friday of the month there’s only one party you need to hit up… The Bedlam PARTY!
With two rooms and a highly diverse bill you’ll never experience too much of one thing and due to it not being a regular nightclub the CREEPERS have no idea we are grooving.

What's Going On This Weekend?

Russian Circles @ Triple Rock
RUSSIAN CIRCLES
RUSSIAN CIRCLES (Suicide Squeeze Records)
A three piece instrumental band, Russian Circles bring something new to the table with narrative and linear songs. These songs stream through themes and by no means build on just one repeating idea which flow seamlessly from beautiful soft ambience to truly defined melody to massively thick heaviness with a gradual progression that never leaves you lost.
YOUNG WIDOWS
Steeped in dark, brooding grooves and moody post-punk, the three members of Young Widows have reverb-drenched inspiration of Regulator Watts/Hoover to the bass and drums lock-groove perfected by Shellac and the Jesus Lizard. The band gladly wears influences on their sleeve.
*Update* – Young Widows has dropped off the bill and so far have yet to offer an explanation..
