The SoapFactory is hosting the New Land of Milk and Honey bazaar / closing party.
The music and activities are FREE for friends/freespirits/lovers, but we do encourage you to bring a pot to the potluck.

Time: 8pm (according to DotS website) Cost: not sure but I am guessing $5-6. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is more given how many great out of town bands are on the bill.

This is going to be an amazing show. Don’t snooze on this one!

The Whole Music Club presents:

CLAPS, BUFFALO MOON AND THE VIGNETTES

The fledgling band, CLAPS, specializes in minimal synth. debut EP, New Science, resists complication throughout, with songs constructed from little more than skeletal drum machine beats, patterned synth lines, and disembodied vocals.

Also playing are psychedelic band Buffalo Moon and the chaotic styling of The ViGNETTES.

Coffman Memorial Union, The Whole.
Mar 26: Doors 7:30pm, Show 8pm.

Bone Thugs 'N Harmony @ First Avenue

It’s been eight long years since all five members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony recorded an album together. Flesh-n-Bone spent most of the past decade behind bars, and Bizzy Bone left the group owing to “creative differences.” Although Bizzy isn’t appearing at this show, the gang is back together and ready to drop its latest album, Uni5: The World’s Enemy, late next month. In honor of this reunion, BTNH will be touring 34 cities this spring — quite a testament to the loyalty of their fans. The quintet from Cleveland has long been known for its tongue-twisting verses and harmonic hooks, which were refreshingly unique and trend-setting in the ’90s. With multiple awards and a catalog of classics like “Tha Crossroads” under its belt, anticipation of the upcoming project is running as high as ever. By Calvin Cox Wednesday, Mar 24 2010
